Maybe people that know more than you and me? Either that are some folks that had a massive amount of shares at a very low rate and could now sell and dropped this and buy back in cheap. I'm sure some have multi millions that could do that. Could be some digusted insiders that got pissed and tired of waiting and bailed also. Many here thought in 12 months we would have at least some production news and be more transparent. People get impatient and disillusioned and just bail not wanting dead money and more waiting. This is what happens with poor IR people and Managing expectations.
