They can always add an amendment to the filings. The Filings have a Grace period to allow for any changes. Just saying

DOS is out of Business. They never completed the inventory, never verified true copyright ownerships, or leads to back royalities or payments due on the assets.

A price tag was hung on the inventory value BEFORE all the ownership rights had been established.

Since DOS did not complete the job the inventory will have to be revalued by a new vendor. Let's hope the numbers match.
