I am not in it for the flip, I want this bad boy to go to .25, .50 or beyond. I am hoping that if all goes as planned it can make such a level.

Your answer to my question helps me understand how a stock like this gets out of this continual churning and treading water. It feels as if we have been between 4 and 6 for at least a couple of years now!! I know some of you longs probably feel it has been ten years.
