Those are extremely positive facts about ERHE

Put together with the added clause last September is very interesting indeed.

Yes such clauses may be typical, but for it to be added is significant IMO.

Something is up, and I'm very happy to see the ERHC Officers and BOD being rewarded, in a way that recognises their excellent work, seeks to retain them, and aligns their personal interests with those of the share holders.

I had mentioned several times in posts here that I would welcome such a move and believe it necessary. But I am shocked, and pleased that the compensation requires an 800% + increase in Share Price to vest!

Seek, How about the SARs that were granted to some of our leadership. I believe those were issued in the past year. A significant event could provide a windfall bonus to the holders of these " stock appreciation rights ". Do you agree? IMO
