ibready.....Yes!!!! Thanks for reminding me of another fact. Those were also issued last September according to the form 5 filiings, and are also significant,imo. I believe i recall PN's rights were for 105,000 shares at a 0 strick price.

I wonder why SEO decided to be so generious to his management team over the last few months? Is it for their accomplishments or their loyality, and what will be the trigger to provide the benefits to the management team. BTW the grants of stock options in Jan. 2012 did not include a clause retaining some of those options for FUTURE BOD members, but if asked why? MANAGEMENT HAS TO HAVE AN ANSWER THAT SEEMS REASONABLE.

Also, even though they can be extended by mutual agreement the employment contracts for PN,DB,and SO all expire this year with the contracts for the first two expiring around the shareholder meeting date in April.

Just saying and thinking. Q why do opinionated people use IMHO when IMO is all that is required??? Just curious.
