It is confusing. The forms clearly say he sold so why are all theses places saying he purchased?

thanks joe sometimes it like talking to chimps
now insiders dont sell stock for a loss unless
its for tax reasons. the dont sell if the stock is about to
skyrocket unless they made a large purchase first and are trying
not to make it look so obvious. they dont sell on r/s.
now they sometimes sell with a merger if your dealing with %.
lets all put on our thinking caps can you guess what it is.
stock is flat, lots of news contracts new products?? weee
