AH.. never said that ONE post would bring the SEC in!! However, who is going to rule "if it will affect stock price" AND check back with that lawyer... as to postings giving the ability to play the stock at the time a future event happens.. If you think this is fine ask them to keep it up.... Frankly... I believe SHAREHOLDERS will pay if they don't use EXTREME caution. Again.. look into the SEC's history on this, rather than a single lawyer..
