Hi. I have checked into your concern about an official of a company posting on facebook with an attorney who has knowlege of corporate companies. Cyclone Power, for example, has made it clear that people can go to facebook for updates. No information was given that would affect the share price. She merely stated that she was asked to write a monthly note in a local periodical. Not a big deal.
