Hmmm.... my impression was that ATRN issued them the shares to do as they wanted. Obviously they shorted it all the way down, now why could they not have also kept the last 14 million shares and sold them yesterday to be applied towards debt repayment?

Is there any way to find out how many shares are still in the hands of BD?
