Like I just said, what ever BD does with those Dec.2011 issued .01 shares after they leave Atrinsics hands is no longer ATRN's business. Atrinsic realized the Conv. debt payment reduction from the day BD took possession of the .01 shares. Its like me giving you $10 I owe you and you make $30 with it, I can't come back and say share those profits.
