The only problem with that is BD was issued those shares at .01, those shares paid debt to the tune of .01 money at the time, I don't believe any profits BD now made selling those .01 shares at .30 goes towards the debt. Its still .01 times the shares Atrinsic issued back in Dec. 2011 for the Conv. payment.
