LMAO again. You are so funny. According to the last 10-q they had over 60 million in cash. I guess they lied about that too. 10-q is due here very soon. But im sure they are going to lie on that one as well. LOL

On a side-note:

The company got a delisting-notice from the Nasdaq, urging them to bring their PPS above a buck for ten consecutive trading days.

Now, are we supposed to believe that the company decides at that point, that it's a good idea to go and delute the stock, keeping the price down?

Not very plausible to me.
