I called on this and the company right after the vote and they will not release the vote of the board members. Under the orginal vote one voted against the deal thus making the BOD vote a no on June 19.

I asked why this went to a vote when the inside ownership was completely against it. The answer was under the laws of Nevada (were the company was incorporated) offers approved by majority must be presented to the shareholders even if the company is opposed to the offer.

I don't think anyone ever changed there minmd I think if not a scam they hoped it would help in future.

I have done alot of research on Jamir Miller and believe he is an upstanding person and would not be party to a scam. But people can surprise you.
