On the shorting... I just don't like the Naked, and game playing shorts... On regular stocks I have made some nice money when shorts got caught flat footed... I don't Like the games played with Pennies... seems that they never have to have the shares to cover... and naked shorting rules are just not enforced..
On the other item... I had thought it was already legal, until it was one of the reasons given for halting a stock.. But I agree there needs to be an update on this but right now there ISN'T!! So CYPW should be cautious
