Yes, I do. However, I also believe it should be illegal to sell something that you don't own; so, what I think really doesn't seem to matter. The SEC is not doing much to stop this, and I expect sooner or later it will become an acceptable way to announce news as well.

Any company not providing up to date and complete financial info PLUS full disclosure of shares issued/ outstanding/ options/ warrants and insider holdings should not be ALLOWED to remain a publicly traded company!
