I thought Geo said the deceased insider only had 1.2 million shares, if I remember that correctly. Maybe it was 1.4 million. Someone left out the decimal point.

Are preferred shares tradeable in the open market? ...same as common shares?

I don't think it's right. That's nearly 1/2 what we think the float is.

Am I wrong?
