In reading the post from Redward #4595 which is the 2006 SEC then if then it would seem there were in excess of 14million, shares that VERT had to deal with from the prior Officer Bill Sparks, (Am I correct in thinking his would be preferred shares)

If that is the right train of thought, how many shares does VERT still have left to unload?
