umaw - DimeQ 8.xx% is coming out of the 30%. Few remember that there were other conditions to this, to cover the case of commons not getting their 30% as proposed. So, DimeQ's settlement has other monies (or litigation/liquidation value) coming in if commons gets less than 30%. I don't remember the details.

Perhaps someone can pull that up.
