I can't find any of the TPS holders anywhere in the voting results... (at least, not the ones specified here: http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229120111000000000002.pdf )... so I don't know if they were separately calculated or not - they don't appear to be broken down anywhere that I can find, anyway.

Not sure it matters, though, since she can't treat individual members of a class differently. Specifically, I don't see how excluding TPS from the vote would be allowed at all for purposes of determining if the rest of Class 19 approves. Maybe she just wanted to know in order to gauge how many other holders wanted to approve in order to get a better read on the "fairness" of the 70/30 split.

page 291, just a few prefs didnt grant the releases.
