IMHO we will not hear much about NOK (and SAM). They will be limted is what they can and say. Something like "We believe that the ICC decision was ---fair--final--binding--just--????. We believe NOK owes us the money and will defend our rights to the limits of the law. In the end we feel we will be successful.
OR
We do not comment on going litigation.
ALSO
NOK is not holding up any contract talks. We are in discussions with many companies. yada yada yada.
BTW I was happily surprised by the price action and vol. yesterday--I was sure we would tank---especially when you consider the rise the last few days.
