Yes, and before this past Sunday, there was a lack of understanding of when a safe harbor clause applies. So, it's worth asking again: Is Lisenby's PR from 10/4/10 accompanied by meaningful cautionary statements identifying important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those in the PR? Absolutely not.

Not subjective but an actual requirement.
