I'm confused about the filings.
The first SC 13G/A about SAM is dated 2010.
Maybe that is a typo.
In the other fiing it talks about a group who owns more than 10% of the outstanding;
"Aggregate Amount Beneficially Owned by Each Reporting Person: 1,720,858"

Where does it say that they sold?
