BB, I agree and would like to thank Mide and others for the in depth analysis of this funding agreement.It is obvious that these "financial" guys know funding agreements.They are building an ongoing endeavor out of the ashes of a disaster.GLTA

Ahhh,got it now,a little slow here as usual :^).Was thinking small that it would help getting the Space Florida matching commitment being LaJ is mentioned as third party.Wasnt thinking of a funding commitment needed for a gov contract after reading Mides' post.

So this may be similar to the 200K loan last year where all assets including chairs,pens, coffee cups were offered by the company to discourage someone.Another stepping stone.

Hope so,but i wont be surprised if we need the funding at low levels the first few months after the 91 days,but thats just me.
