That is the brilliant part of the one stop shop for BCAP. No clearing issues. No TA issues. No Brokerage issues for when BCAP buys their debt.

Not only will he make a killing on the debt structuring, he makes all the other fees associated with what is needed to get his returns back.

Which means more $$$ for us shareholders.

I am sure there are only a few THOUSAND potential clients out there for us :)
