I have been in this stock for a year+,I missed that news also.Have seen lots of news and possible deals, JV, expansion in USA,another china deal they never seem to happen!! This merger deal, with a comp. in Brazil seems to be the latest.I've lost $$$$,trying to stay positive.I hope they do something, to turn this around, will have to be patient!! There is nothing for sure in pennyland,I'll believe it when I see it!!!!!!!!
