January 3, 2012 - Regina, Canada - Clean Power Concepts Inc. (listed as CPOW on the OTCBB) ("Clean Power" or the "Company") is please to announce that we have received confirmation from our Joint Venture Partner, Chongqing Red Dragonfly Oil Company, that they have received final governmental approval to proceed with the proposed joint venture to build canola crushy capacity in Western Canada.

We expect to establis the joint venture company as the initial funding is expected in the next few months. We will continue evaluating suitable locations for the establishment of an oilseed processing location for the joint venture company.
