Most likely this was approved or is approved. It is written all over the wall. Simmes would not come out to an Investor Presentation tomorrow to announce bad news or corporate update. Most of the time this is done for good news. Plus he also said that they would be monitoring the stock price closely. I assume that aside from approval he is going to update on Libigel and possible on the vaccines...a triple whammy....
