Appreciate the interesting discussion between you two. Thinking "outside the box" and creating unique funding opportunities seems to be a skill that C&E have used successfuly in the past. I think MC made mention of possible "hybrid funding" at the SHM last July.

Obviously they negotiated whatever measures they could for the company in closing this deal in lieu of the fact that we still are a POS.
Still means nothing to me, I'm sure La Jolla has deep pockets and is will to take the risk. Will it be the first time a institution made an investment in a "startup" and it failed?
