That's nothing new. They have been testing ethanol on automobiles for awhile. Newer cars are made to handle it. Ethanol free areas can be at the mercy of th middle east and when they are paying six bucks a gallon we ll see how happy they are
It has been discussed since you were probably in Grade School. The items you (or someone) listed would have to be around twenty years old or more to be subject to all the ills you bring up. There are a lot of old Outboard Boat Motors not adapted to Ethanol but that is largely by choice of the owners. The reason it hasn't been discussed is the same as why we don't discuss candles versus Whale Oil, except for the time frame. You want to take issue with the economics I addressed, do so. They don't make any sense no matter how much you dredge up from the LAST Century!!
