Why, Why, Why, would I want to Tie up Paul/XMDC in Court/LegalProcesses, ie: a CA Suit (which will never come to Fruition) for SEVERAL YEARS & have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPEN with the Company During that Period.

Whatever SHOT We Have, SUPPORTING Paul, is 10 X's Better than Fighting him in Court, where NOTHING will happen Anyway!!!

Filing wh the SEC is Like Shooting Yourself in the Foot, to Help You Get Motivated/Going !!!
