kez, yup, I have an idea, however won't say what it is..only because its a complete WAG on my part. At the end of the day, how many of those will make it to the o/s ? Considering what they have acomplished with the current 711 out of the 1.5B, I say K A B O O M !!! No doubt about it.

I understand the mechanics better than most, being an ex naked shorter (when it was legal) myself.

Stock dividends are fancy terms for stock splits. Stock splits have zero effect on shorts. Why would they?

The reason why A/S was increased to 3 billion, is not because BOD is "desperate for money to pay the monthly bills" and intends to dilute, like most Pink Sheets are doing...

...but instead, they are loading up on "gift certificates" to be issued to themselves, and company employees and insiders, which means these shares will NOT affect the PUBLIC FLOAT...

...and maybe even the board of the JVA wants compensation in this form as well! And maybe the Attorneys involved!

Also, the reason WE THE PEOPLE of Medinah Nation have been issued a DIVIDEND in the form of shares, is because Medinah directors...

...want for US to share in this same "share disbursment" process as well. Surely you must pick up on the "sentiment" here.

And the "April 2" date of record is meant to "hold in the longs" so that they do not sell before then, and consequently (nervously???) the Naked Shorted MM's will have great difficulty locating actual shares with which to purhase/cover.

The above scenario is plausible only if we are talking about a company on the verge of greatness.

And not about a Stinky Pinky which cannot pay the monthly utilities bill...
