I think plea basrgaing is involved with the delays. I've talked about my telephone intrviews with the SEC investigator and the FBI agent. They said that 43 entities were subjects of the investigation surrounding Grifco.
I imagine the DOJ wants to keep the criminals in a mood to cooperate with all the investigations.. I hope they nail dozzens of them.
It's not easy for me to look at the commoon good because the criminals are spending money that should be in the restitution pool.
