Hi Mdi how are things?

Hard to say alot at this point but as an Accountant am really looking forward to seeing the fins. But with the way I see it changing common shares to preferred would just be a change in the Balance Sheet of the equities and liabilities.

Actually what I liked most about the last PR was the 20% ROI, to me that speaks confidence.
