So SPKL is going to be nothing but an empty shell soon! With other words: Laramie&Co are criminals in my eye. They sell the substance of SPKL which has been the reason shareholder have bought this stock. Additionally they will fill their pockets with the sold asset....money, which belong into the company which is mainly purchased by us....shareholder.
Well, I just can say, what an idiot I have been to believe in one of those fraudulence US restaurant penny stock story! I have been told better.
