If, as the 8k alludes to, all of the assets will be sold or transferred, that leaves NOTHING for the current shareholders of this stock. Current shareholders will be left with nothing. If everything remains in operation, it will be operating under the new owners and a new parent company, not the current company. Spicy Pickle will most likely remain in operation, but like I said, not as the same entity. The new owners will not be buying the stock share structure, they will be buying all of the assets, including all operations from the company. SPKL will be left without an operation. Since those demanding payment have been financing operations, they will continue to do so, independently of current management and independently of the stock listed as SPKL.

The franchises will continue to make payments, but it will be to the new owners since they will own all of the assets, both tangible and intangible.

Basically, all of the assets are being sold out from under the shareholders because of piss-poor management. That's just the way it is.

The real worth of the company is 0.00, since all assets are being sold to satisfy a debt call; all assets cancel out the debt, but maybe not all of the debt. This is a horrible situation for all involved.

Bankruptcy is irrelevant at this time; it would be strictly a formality with the same results. It is probably inevitable because it would delay the timetable for satisfaction of any judgement and settlement.

This is all in my opinion only and not stated as true fact. I wish the best to all on the short end of this stick. IMO this stock is not even worth a possible flip play; way too much risk with very little chance of a reward.

Never take my word for anything; I'm just some Schlub trying to make money, like everyone else. Sometimes, I'm right; sometimes, I'm wrong. Never trust your money to somebody else.
