Was that called the "indemnifier"...whereby trading TIV stock would indemnify the Opis investment? You think ANY of those Opis partners traded TIV stock on the information they received from their joint TIV-Opis projects BEFORE the retail shareholders were informed of it? I've also often wondered if shenanigans went on with all those joint TIV-Opis projects, whereby many Opis members are also very large shareholders. Obviously the SEC will be looking into any "insider" trading with the Opis members and/or TIV management (old and new) over the last 10 years, so we'll finally know for sure what went on behind the scenes, if any.
