Assuming for a moment, that the SEC does find illegalities perpetrated by management with the opus members for inside trading plus assorted other legal miscues, so that the common share holders were fed a diet of unjustified statements from management which in actuality led to dollar losses for shareholders. Wouldn't this open up a very vulnerable TIV for lawsuits by individual or groups of individual shareholders?
