No problemo. Understand that we had 2 cases. We had chancery court and bankruptcy court. BK kicked it back to chancery to resolve ownership of the company. The parties have agreed to cancel that case. Now the CEO has the option to move the BK7 to BK11 and create a plan to come out of BK. Bk court is the last obstacle. On pacer.gov it is in Delaware case # 11-10428
