APCC said today there was still some litigation going on but he did not feel it would effect mobl, he said litigation with mobl was over. The email i got said he new nothing about APCC but talked about (Yorkville Advisors) who received all of the money from the lawsuits he said they got the money and did not mention global as the owners of the debt.

I recommend and the APCC that (Tammy L Martin) be contacted APCC said she was the one that followed it through the courts. Why did this in charge person not know anything about APCC! I have no info on mlog but it is clear we have lost all, I am making effort but please anyone else try to contact and see what she has to say, report back here.
