All my TD Ameritrade open orders were canceled when the shares were locked up.
But I did send an email to make sure on Feb 8 to make sure they new I could not access the account to cancel my open orders. And I called on Feb 9 to confirm there where no open sell orders. The open orders were canceled when they reviewed the ballot. You did not have to do anything they took care of it.
