APCC just called here 3:30 pm Feb. 09, 2012 and said all litigation was over as of Nov. 2011 and that Tammy Martin was the one to know what happen. So why has she or somebody not told us any thing.Jay said he had a meeting soon with Scott but had been out of mobl for the last 18 months. He said Scott Sledge was in charge of affairs. We need to work on both or start legal matters i would hope they would do something soon.
