I think and this is pure speculation

There is a series of penny pickers who share a common email list.

For example, look how similar these two sites are:

http://www.fatcatpennystocks.com/

The alert I got was from

http://www.movingpennies.com/

I'm sure there is a connection somehow. I'm just as curious as everyone on how the picks were made and shared. I'm sure people will do the best they can to determine whether it's truly just a bottom pick play or a promo by a 3rd party.

The irony is of-course the pick came on a PR day.

What is slamming in the face right now, aside from the promo thing. Is I can tell the pick was made for .0009, and the current resistance is .0018. The 100% mark.
