I didn't either - but as you and I both know those things don't happen for free, and we also know Amyot and others eschew the law in the form of Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933.

Perhaps in due time there will be full disclosure of who is apyiong for this round of EGOC pimping.
In the meantime I agree with you that the titular CEO of EGOC, Raymond T Brown II, was likely not the real paymaster here.
