Correct me if I'm wrong, but these two filings looks like he dropped a bunch of shares.

On 1/5/2012 he filed that he had 2,450,000 shares and on 2/3/12 he filed that he had 1,626,067. Doesn't this mean that within that month he dropped 823,933 shares.

If this is indeed the case it doesn't look too good IMO.
