The CEO stated the updated filings from the old shell CTCC are being completed now. That was a couple days ago. Once those filings hit the CE will be taken off. Then we will have a name and symbol change from CTCC to STEP. It is up to you. Do you want to wait until those first filings begin hitting and pay pennies a share or do some DD and get in early?
