My take is a combination, Illume crews allowed to get a certain amount(somewhere, some how and @ juicy prices)MM's gobbling techniques with the help of bid sitting all day. Last word from company, they said money was right and knew full well, Merger was in works. Thats why I've said there was some volume picking up alil before release of news. Market cap just went down acouple days ago. If company needed more money I'm pretty sure funding companies are opening up on this deal.
All my opinions. The tiny bit of volume before news started to lead me that way. Someone posted the short chart today as well. The point is all parties involved and illume going public now with us, these guys know what their doing from share structure to pps and value of Companies.
