Volume is too low to conclude that it's dilution to pay for the merger. (Would take at least 100 Mio of shares or more. We did not see that volume in the last 2 / 3 weeks.

When discounting trades of smaller investors, what would the volume be that the company is placing in the market the last weeks, 50 Million?

I think this amount of shares must serve for something else....
(Cellairis? Illume? Money for ongoing business? ....)
