How can you and noquit state that? If you believe the O/S is maxed out... IOW, is close to the A/S, AND it's already been stated by ML that TYTN is reversing the A/S, then there is no room to dilute further, before OR after the reverse split (unless A/S is increased again). Please do the math... it's all relative.
