Large, OMG,,,,Thanks ,,,I don't think POR7 can stay,,,,,We are looking for another 6 months to 2 years fight and a lot more $$$$ in our NewCo,,,if we don't get cashed out before that happens....Thanks LG, Uz, DG, and all the guys that kept us going strong without losing our minds and investments all the way to nothing....I now am even more convinced that there may be a SURE JURY TRIAL as TPS requested, and this may cost JPM a lot more than they stole from us....IMHO....Mon

of course they can afford it... if there's anyone in the world (I mean that literally) who could, it's JPMC.

And, realistically, all they have to do is delay any trial long enough to drain the pockets of those on the other side. Motion after motion after motion, counterclaim after counterclaim after counterclaim. They know how to work the system. Add to that the conflict between Weil and JPMC that's been ignored this entire time, and there's really no way to force the debtor to play fair... (remember, from the Court's perspective, it's THEIR bankruptcy, not ours!)

We should just be glad it isn't the EC directly against JPMC, or they'd drain the estate dry until there was no choice left but Chapter 7.

Look, with this POR, we've lost, but we've won. We don't get the emotional "payback" that everyone seems to want for whatever personal reasons they all have... but we do get ALL of the assets of the estate beyond the (rightfully!) allowed claims. I can't imagine that a better turnout in this situation is even possible at this stage, and I'm dead serious about that. Allowing further delays here will surely kill our recovery.
