If that farce was to be truth, why BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION filed at its 6K 2011 NYSE - SEC, that MINERA NEVADA SpA (Society by stock) owns Pascua 2011 for BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION in Chile & Argentina?
Furthermore, Jorge Lopehandia (MWR) has all surface rights grandfathered by 2011 titles over BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION and over and above PASCUA LAMA PROTOCOL a flawed fraud, of Barrick Gold Corporation 2004-2012.
PRICE WATERHOUSE COOPERS brought us WORLDCOMM and now PASCUA FRAUD helping Barrick to deceive SEC + OSC.
However, the crooks are not able to deceive Chilean Judges or investigators to date.

In short:
MWR shall receive from Jorge Lopehandia titles that are 100% protecting mineral rights, water rights and surface rights in 100% of the holdings, REGARDLESS of whatever permit or deal may have Barrick arrived to in fraud, legally or illegally, thus far.
In other words, the asset will be returned cleared.
Quite the jump from 1994 to 2009 in the history eh? I wonder what is Barrick ashamed off at Pascua to leave out almost two decades?
